Remote Access

In your browser copy the following website address: https://remote.gennaroinc.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx

Note: Be sure to use the domain\username format when logging in. For example, when John wants to login, he uses gennaroinc\jwakim as his username. The password is your computer password.

Once you are logged in, you will be presented with the Work Resources page and a set of application icons for you to choose from.

Explorer: Use this application to access files on the F Drive.
FileMaker Pro: Use this application to access FileMaker apps.
i2Catalog: Use this application to access Item Image.
JMAS: Use this application to access the JMAS software.

Once you click an icon to launch an app, it will download a remote application file. Open the downloaded file.

The first time you run an app you will receive a publisher warning. This is normal, you can click DON'T ASK ME AGAIN to skip this screen in the future. Click Connect.

Now you will be asked to authenticate the application. If asked, use your computer username and password to login here. Please make note that the username must be domain\user, or as the example is above gennaroinc\calvarez.

Once you click OK it will take a few moments to establish the initial connection. After this initial connection all other apps you open should start up quickly.

For Item Image, you will be asked for the Update Location the first time you run the app. Once you put this in, you will not be asked for it again. Please enter: \\gen-app\catalog\updates\ and hit OK
